Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using XCoffee perler beads, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree. Your use must also comply with applicable age, authorization, and legal requirements.

2. Service Description

XCoffee perler beads provides an online image-to-bead-chart tool. You can upload an image and set options such as chart width, color limit, palette, outline, and safety margin. The service uses AI to create a subject reference and software to produce a cell-by-cell grid, coordinates, color codes, quantity statistics, and downloadable charts.

AI results may contain composition, recognition, color, detail, or sizing errors. Check the grid, color codes, and quantities before making a physical project. We do not guarantee that every chart will match your expectations or any physical color card or inventory exactly.

The photo-to-perler-beads-art tool also creates AI-generated artwork posters. These artistic images do not include construction coordinates, verified bead codes or material counts.

3. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly through the website support entry if you notice unauthorized use, unexpected charges, or a security issue. You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer your account without authorization.

4. Images, Prompts, and User Content

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in images, prompts, and other content you upload. To provide image processing, AI generation, storage, display, and download features, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to process that content as necessary to operate the service. You must have all required copyright, likeness, trademark, and other permissions and must not upload content without authorization.

You are responsible for the legality and use of your uploads, prompts, and generated results. Before publishing or commercially using a result, check third-party rights, brand elements, likenesses, and other applicable restrictions yourself.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the intellectual property, likeness, privacy, or other legal rights of any person or organization.
• Upload unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, violent, sexual, extremist, malicious, or otherwise restricted content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data or bypass login, credit, payment, or security controls.
• Use automation to make excessive calls, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the service, or interfere with its availability.
• Send spam, malware, or other harmful content through the service.

6. Credits, Payment, and Expiration

XCoffee perler beads uses credits as the unit for image-generation usage:

• Each construction-chart generation costs 9 credits.
• Current packs are RMB 9.9 for 30 credits, RMB 39.9 for 140 credits, and RMB 89.9 for 400 credits.
• Purchased credits expire 365 days after they are added to your account. Expired credits cannot be used and are generally non-refundable.
• Credits are virtual service units, not money. They cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash, transferred, or resold. Promotional and redeemed credits may have additional restrictions shown on the relevant page.
• The payment provider and the website order record determine payment, order, and delivery status. Check the account and pack before purchasing.

See the Refund Policy for failed generations, duplicate charges, missing credits, and other refund cases. When we confirm a failed generation or an unsaved result, the service will restore the 9 credits charged for that attempt. Dissatisfaction with an AI result alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, interface, trademarks, copy, database structure, and other original parts of the service belong to us or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as allowed by law or with written permission, you may not copy, adapt, distribute, rent, sell, or create derivative versions of them.

Using the service to create a chart does not guarantee that the source image, generated chart, or finished project is free of third-party rights or cleared for commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing permissions for the source, result, and final product.

8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for maintenance, upgrades, third-party failures, legal requirements, or security reasons, with notice where reasonably practical. If you breach these terms, abuse the service, or present a fraud or security risk, we may restrict features, suspend your account, or terminate access. Termination does not affect payment, refund, intellectual-property, liability, or other provisions that should survive.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation, or the accuracy, uniqueness, merchantability, or fitness of AI results for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, reliance on a result, uploaded content, or third-party payment or storage services.

Where permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount of the relevant order or the amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product, payment providers, law, or security requirements change. Material changes will update the date on this page and, where reasonably practical, be announced through the service. Continued use after an update means that you accept the updated terms.
